A rare Mdina Glass `Chinese` bowl, with a mottled green body, which appears blue until held up to the light. It is decorated with three Oriental style characters applied in trailed colourless glass at regular intervals. The body tapers to a very short foot of approximately 7mm.

It was designed by Michael Harris and appears in catalogues up to the mid 1970`s.

As is common with earlier pieces of Mdina, this bowl is unsigned.
